Summary: This position of Service Coordinator has many duties, which include being responsible for scheduling,
and dispatching, assisting with invoicing, purchasing, and monitoring department workflow. This position is also
responsible for managing people and assisting with departmental budgets, along with providing updates to Senior
Leadership within the organization throughout the year.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position and is eligible to work from home with approval up to 40 hours per calendar year. While
schedules may vary in accordance with the needs of jobs and/or work to be done, the Company will observe a fiveday workweek Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All employees are expected to be at work on
time.

Travel: Travel is generally not required.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will communicate with customers, vendors and field staff daily.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as QuickBooks or other accounting
    software.

Dispatching:

  • Answer the telephone as seasonal demands require.
  • Ensure that all incoming phone calls are answered in a timely manner.
  • Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue.
  • Make every effort to reduce down time and maximize productivity.
  • Communicate with the Warehouse Assistant to help arrange efficient delivery of parts to the Technicians.
  • Monitor any backlogs to ensure that each working day is maximized.
  • Ensure jobs are dispatched timely to all Technicians and Installers.
  • Assist in ensuring that time sheets for dispatch, arrival, and completion times are being accurately recorded.
