General Requirements: 

• Experience of 3+ years preferred

• Industry related training (32 Hours per year)
• EPA I/II Certified or Universal      
• OSHA 10 Hour-Certification (Preferred)
• Criminal Justice Background Clearance
• Comprehensive Drug Testing
• TDL Registered

Qualifications: Education equivalent to completion of high school or technical school; plus meet or exceed the above general requirements and required testing certificates and licenses. All Required Testing Certificates & Licenses must be acquired by your 90^th day or employment is subject to termination.

Working Environment: Commercial, Multi-Family, Residential, & Restaurants

Types of Service Calls: No Cool, No Heat, Refrigeration, Kitchen Equipment, Exhaust/Makeup Fan, PM/Inspection, Installation, Drain Lines, Warranty, and Ductwork.
